DELIVERY TERMS

If a single customer (a physical or legal person) places an order for one book or multiple copies of different books on the same day with delivery to the same address, we combine these shipments. This is done to reduce delivery costs.

We deliver using OMNIVA parcel locker services. The shipment will be delivered to your chosen parcel locker within 1-2 business days from dispatch. You will receive an SMS from OMNIVA with the locker code. The parcel can be collected from the locker 24/7.

For OMNIVA parcel locker service, we offer a delivery price (including packaging) of €2.76 + 21% VAT, regardless of the number of books.

Additionally, upon your request, the shipment can also be delivered by OMNIVA Courier. The cost for this service (including packaging) is €4.74 + 21% VAT.
