Return of Goods

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days by returning the product purchased in the e-store to the Company.

The withdrawal period is counted from the day the Buyer has received the product.

According to Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period. The Company reserves the right to refuse the Buyer’s right of withdrawal or withhold a compensation fee if the product is damaged due to negligent use, failure to follow instructions, if the original packaging is lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us SIA “B4B Solutions” by sending a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email) to the email address info@b4b.com.lv regarding your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notification before the withdrawal period expires.
